Connecting underprivileged youth with the arts of the kitchen is a core goal for yolo xi. The role food plays in all our lives is fundamental to health and well being. Although this image represents food we all love but don't consider healthy. We know the skills gained creating food like this can be used to create nutritious foods for a healthy lifestyle and will be a central component of the skills taught.
